Bahan-bahan Sanquick Roll Cake

  1. Persiapkan bahan Bahan A.
  2. Kudu ada 4 butir bahan putih telur.
  3. Kudu ada 30 gr bahan gula pasir.
  4. Siapkan 1/4 sdt bahan cream of tartar.

  4. Masukkan kocokan putih telur dalam tiga tahapan. Tuang adonan dalam loyang.
  5. Panggang dalam oven dengan metode steam bake. Panggang hingga matang..
  6. Keluarkan cake dr loyang. Dengan menggunakan kertas roti yg lain, letakkan cake yg sdh dingin.
  7. Isi dengan whip cream dan buah-buahan yg sdh dipotong serasi.
  8. Gulung cake, rapatkan kedua ujungnya selama 1 jam di lemari es. Siap dihidangkan.
