Bahan-bahan Pandan Cheese Roll Cake
- Persiapkan 160 gr bahan putih telur suhu ruang.
- Siapkan 70 gr bahan tepung protein sedang.
- Kudu ada 1/2 sdt bahan SP.
- Persiapkan 80 gr bahan gula.
- Persiapkan 65 gr bahan santan instant.
- Siapkan 2 sdt bahan minyak sayur.
- Persiapkan Seujung sdt bahan baking powder.
- Siapkan Sejumput bahan garam.
- Kudu ada 1 sdt bahan pasta pandan.
- Siapkan bahan Bahan hiasan :.
- Pastikan ada bahan Whipping cream.
- Kudu ada bahan Keju parut.
Turn out the used parchment paper, then roll it when it still hot. Cream butter & cream cheese until creamy and fluffy with electric mixer. Add icing sugar then mix again until the batter look pale. Spread the cream cheese frosting at the surface and smooth with offset.
Pandan Cheese Roll Cake Langkah Pembuatannya
- Kocok putih telur dgn kecepatan tinggi sampai berbusa, lalu tambahkan sp & gula, kocok rata sampai mengembang..
- Campur tepung terigu, baking powder dan garam kemudian ayak. Lalu masukan bertahap ke dalam kocokan putih telur, aduk rata dengan speed rendah..
- Setelah itu masukan santan, pasta pandan dan minyak goreng aduk dengan spatula secara merata..
- Siapkan loyang ukuran 22x22 yg sudah di oles minyak goreng dan di beri alas kertas roti, tuang adonan ke dalam loyang, lalu hentakan loyang beberapa kali untuk menghilangkan gelembung udara yg masih terperangkap..
- Kukus dgn api sedang selama 15 menit. Jangan lupa tutup panci di beri Kain serbet untuk mengukus'a agar air tdk jatuh ke kue..
- Angkat kue dan langsung keluarkan dari loyang, lalu gulung selagi panas/hangat. Biarkan dalam keadaan tergulung kue'a sampai dingin..
- Setelah kue'a dingin buka lalu beri olesan whipping cream dan parutan keju, gulung kembali kue'a. Simpan dulu dalam kulkas sampai beberapa waktu. Setelah whipping cream agak keras keluarkan dlm kulkas lalu hias permukaan atas kue dgn sisa whipping cream & di taburi keju parut..
