- Siapkan 3 butir bahan telur ayam ukuran besar.
- Persiapkan 3 sdm munjung bahan tepung terigu.
- Persiapkan 1 sdm bahan tepung maizena.
- Pastikan ada 5 sdm bahan gula pasir.
- Kudu ada 1/2 sachet bahan susu bubuk dancow.
- Pastikan ada 1 sachet bahan Chocolatos drink.
- Persiapkan 1/2 sdt bahan SP.
- Persiapkan Sejumput bahan baking soda.
- Persiapkan Sejumput bahan vanili bubuk.
- Persiapkan 1/2 sdt bahan pasta coklat.
- Persiapkan 1/2 gelas bahan mentega cair.
- Pastikan ada bahan Untuk isian saya pakai peanut butter (1/4 kg = Rp 8.000).

- Siapkan bahan- bahan..
- Lalu mixer terlebih dahulu telur, SP, gula pasir..
- Mixer sampai kental putih pucat ± 20 menit dengan speed tertinggi..
- Ayak tepung terigu, maizena, vanili bubuk, Chocolatos dan susu bubuk.
- Mixer dengan kecepatan paling rendah. Apabila sudah tercampur rata tambahkan mentega cair dan pasta coklat sedikit saja..
- Bila sudah tercampur dengan sempurna kemudian siapkan Loyang persegi yang sudah dilapisi dengan kertas roti dan mentega.
- Tuangkan adonan dan hentakan agar gelembung keluar..
- Panaskan oven. Disini saya pakai oven tangkring, saya panaskan 15 menit dengan api kecil cenderung besar..
- Masukan loyang dan panggang ± 15 menit..
- Setelah 15 menit masukan Loyang/ panci berisikan air panas secukupnya (± 3 gelas air panas). Disini saya pakai teknik bain marie atau rendam air panas (hot-water bath). Agar permukaannya nanti lembab..
- Tutup oven tunggu ± 20 menit..
- Keluarkan kue yang sudah matang.
- Biarkan sedikit dingin. Lalu siapkan kertas roti/ serbet untuk menggulung kue..
- Oleskan peanut butter lalu gulung seperti bolu gulung/ roll cake. Solasi bagian samping agar tidak terlepas..
- Tunggu ± 1 jam agar roll cake bisa merekat sempurna..
- Roll cake Chocolatos siap untuk diiris dan disajikan..
