- Siapkan 6 btr bahan Kuning Telur.
- Pastikan ada 2 btr bahan Telur utuh.
- Siapkan 100 gr bahan Gula.
- Pastikan ada 1 sdm bahan SP/TBM.
- Pastikan ada 60 gr bahan Terigu.
- Siapkan 10 gr bahan Maizena.
- Persiapkan 1 bks bahan Dancow saset 27gr.
- Persiapkan 150 gr bahan Blueband Cake & Cookies (cairkan).
- Kudu ada secukupnya bahan Pasta Pandan.
- Siapkan sesuai selera bahan Isian.
- Pastikan ada bahan Me : selai coklat ceres.

Roll Cake Pandan Step Cara Buatnya
- Campur terigu, maizena, susu bubuk di wadah berbeda.
- Mixer gula, sp/tbm, kuning telur, putih telur dengan kecepatan maximal secara bertahap sampai kental berjejak.
- Turunkan kecepatan ke yg paling rendah, tambahkan campuran tepung sedikit demi sedikit smp rata.
- Tambahkan blueband cair + pasta Pandan, mixer smp rata.
- Cetak pada loyang 28x28 yg udah diolesi mentega dan dialasi kertas roti.
- Panggang dengan api atas bawah, suhu 200°C selama 15mnt. Sesuaikan oven masing". NB : Oven harus dipanaskan sebelumnya..
- Biarkan agak dingin baru olesi selai sesuai selera, lalu gulung dengan kertas roti. Simpan di kulkas 15-30mnt, hias sesuai selera, atau bisa langsung dinikmati. Selamat mencoba.

An extremely simple version with less ingredients for making a pandan roll cake. The filling for this roll cake is my homemade srikaya pandan (coconut jam) together with cream cheese frosting. The coconut flakes are great to go with all those flavors.
