Bahan-bahan Roll Cake 🍥

  1. Siapkan 6 butir bahan telur ayam.
  2. Persiapkan 2 buah bahan kuning telur.
  3. Kudu ada 70 gr bahan tepung terigu.
  4. Persiapkan 10 gr bahan tepung maizena.
  5. Persiapkan 10 gr bahan susu bubuk.
  6. Pastikan ada 15 gr bahan ovalet.
  7. Pastikan ada 80 gr bahan gula pasir.
  8. Persiapkan 120 gr bahan mentega.
  9. Pastikan ada 1 sdm bahan pasta vanilla.

Roll Cake 🍥 Tahap Pembuatannya

  1. Siapkan semua bahan.
  2. Masukkan telur, gula pasir, tepung terigu, tepung maizena, susu bubuk. Bahan bubuk di ayak dulu. Mixer selama 10 mnt.
  3. Cairkan mentega. Masukkan pasta ke mentega. Aduk rata.
  4. Masukkan bahan yang sudah di mixer tadi ke mentega sedikit dulu, aduk sampai rata. Lalu masukkan sisanya. Aduk sampai rata.
  5. Panaskan oven 10 menit sebelumnya. Tuang adonan ke loyang, jangan lupa loyang dikasih kertas roti agar tidak nempel. Lalu adonan di oven api atas bawah suhu 175 derajat celcius. Dioven selama 15 menit.
  6. Matikan api bawah, hanya memakai api atas selama 10 menit.
  7. Setelah itu, keluarkan dari oven. Tunggu 2 menit agar agak dingin sedikit. Lalu keluarkan dari cetakan. Tunggu agak dingin lagi 5 menit.
  8. Siapkan selai. Oleskan selai secara merata di 1 sisi. Gulung roti. Diamkan 10-15 menit agar dingin dan bentuk tetap roll.
  9. Roti siap dipotong. Sajikan.
