  1. Panasin oven terlebih dahulu.. 30 mnt api atas bawah sedang 170.. tergantung oven masing-masing...
  2. Campur semua Bahan A dari telur - minyak - santan - tepung..diaduk pake whisk sampe rata ya.. sisihkan (lupa difoto karena blm terbiasa).
  3. Campur Bahan B di wadah terpisah.. mixer dengan kecepatan paling besar sampe berbusa masukin gula halus nya jadi 3 bagian.. masukinnya sampe di ayak ya.. trus mixer Lagi sampe mengembang putih kaku..(saya kira2 aja karena kurang ngerti jg).
  4. Ambil adonan 1/3 bahan B masukin ke adonan Bahan A.. aduk dengan spatula pelan pelan saja.. saya aduknya berlawanan jarum jam sampe di puter wadahnya hehehe.. masukin adonan bahan B sampe habis dan rata ya...
  5. Loyang nya di kasih mentega tipis tipis saja trus saya Alasin lagi kertas roti.
  6. Oven dengan suhu 170 derajat selama 40 menit dengan sistem loyangnya kerendem air.. jadi pake loyang hitam dari oven apa loyang yg lebih besar dari loyang yang berisi adonan ya mam.. sampai matang.. tes dengan ditusuk dengan tusuk gigi sebelum di keluarkan ya mam.. enak banget anak saya suka banget.... harum dan lembut.. dinginkan sebentar baru di potong ya mam.. selamat mencoba yaa....
