Bahan-bahan Mantou Pandan
- Kudu ada 235 gr bahan tepung terigu (me: kunci biru).
- Persiapkan 15 gr bahan tepung maizena.
- Persiapkan 3/4 sdt bahan ragi instan.
- Siapkan 65 gr bahan gula halus (me: gula pasir diblender).
- Kudu ada 130 ml bahan susu putih cair (me: 2 sdm susu bubuk + 120 ml air).
- Persiapkan 2 sdm bahan minyak sayur.
- Pastikan ada 1 sdt bahan pasta pandan.

Mantou Pandan Step Cara Buatnya
- Campur rata terigu+maizena+ragi+gula halus.
- Masukkan susu sedikit-sedikit sambil diaduk/diuleni sampai setengah kalis.
- Tambahkan minyak sayur, uleni sampai kalis. Bagi adonan menjadi 2..
- Uleni lagi adonan-1 sampai kalis dan halus 5-10 menit. Sementara 1 bagian adonan lainnya didiamkan dalam wadah tertutup lap bersih kering/plastik wrap.
- Setelah adonan-1 halus, diamkan dalam wadah tertutup. Ambil adonan-2, beri pasta pandan, uleni sampai kalis dan warna tercampur rata. Diamkan dalam wadah tertutup 5 menit.
- Pipihkan adonan putih dan hijau satu persatu setebal 0,5 cm..
- Tumpuk adonan hijau diatas diatas adonan putih, gulung perlahan dan rapat.
- Ulirkan adonan supaya bentuknya rata. Potong sama besar sekitar ketebalan 2 cm.
- Diamkan dalam wadah tertutup lap bersih kering/plastik wrap selama 90 menit.
- Didihkan air untuk mengukus, kukus mantou alasi kertas roti/daun pisang selama 15 menit dengan api sedang (jangan terlalu besar supaya mantou tidak pecah saat mengembang).
- Setelah 15 menit, matikan api. Jangan langsung buka tutup kukusan, diamkan dulu 5-10 menit. Setelah itu mantou siap disajikan hangat.
