- Dalam 1 wadah campur ragi dan gula lalu tuang air hangat biarkan 5mnt sampai ragi mengembang/ bergelembung.
- Masukan 3 sdk olive oil & garam lalu bertahap masukan tepung terigu.
- Ulenin dengan tangan kurang lbh 5 mnt sampai adonan tidak lengket lagi di tangan dan wadah,bentuk bulatan lalu tutup wadah dengan kain bersih diamkankurang lbh 10-15 mnt.
- Siapkan lotang pan pizza di olesi minyak zaitun dan bentuk adonan dengan menutupi bagian pan pizza sepenuhnya lalu di tusuk dengan garpu.
- Taburi adonan sedikit dengan keju mozarella, lalu beti saus tomat, lalu hias dengan topping, sosis, smoked beef dan potongan tomat.
- Tutup dengan taburan keju mozarella, beti potongan keju slice dan terakhir taburi dengan parmesan dan parsley, panggang kurang lebih 15mnt. Sebelumnya panaskan oven sebelum memanggang..
