- Siapkan bahan Bahan A.
- Pastikan ada 7 bahan kuning telur ukuran sedang.

- Campur semua bahan A jadi satu, aduk menggunakan whisk sampai benar² tercampur rata, sisihkan.
- Mixer putih telur sampai berbusa, masukkan gula pasir perlahan² dalam 3 sesi. Kocok sampai soft peak.
- Campur adonan B ke A perlahan² dalam 3 sesi, aduk balik menggunakan spatula. Jangan terlalu lama mengaduknya nanti adonan mencair.
- Masukkan ke dalam loyang chiffon tanpa di oles apapun, hentakkan di atas meja 3x untuk menghilangkan bubbles..
- Panggang dengan suhu 160-165 derajat sampai matang, sesuaikan dengan suhu oven masing². Setelah matang langsung balik di atas botol, dan dinginkan sampai benar² dingin baru keluarkan dari loyang.
