Bahan-bahan Chiffon Cake
- Pastikan ada bahan => Bahan A :.

Chiffon Cake Tahap Pembuatannya
- Campur Bahan A aduk pakai wisk hingga gula larut (jangan lama"ya) masukan bahan B sambil di ayak aduk pelan aja sampai licin ya.. Jangan lama" ngaduknya.
- Mixer putih telur hingga kaku softpeack.. (di mulai dari putih telur + garam + ctt + sedikit gula mix pakai speed rendah dlu, masukan gula 3 kali ya jangan sekaligus.. Dan jg naikan speednya).
- Masukan 1/3 putih telur ke adonan kuning telur.. Aduk balik pelan aja.. Ambil 1/3 lagi putel aduk lagi lalu tuang ke sisa adonan putel.. Tuang di loyang Chifon jangan di oles apa"ya.. Oven pakai api sedang cenderung kecil hingga matang.. Setelah matang balik loyang (loyang saya kusus chiffon jd ada penyangganya.. Kalo g ada di sangga pakai botol minuman beling ya) balik skitar 1 jam kluarkan pakai spatula potong" deh🔪😘.
