  13. Kudu ada Secukupnya bahan oreo dihancurkan.

Pandan Oreo Chiffon Cake Tahap Pembuatannya

  1. Masukkan kuning telur, susu cair, minyak goreng, gula pasir, dan pasta pandan lalu aduk rata pake whisker. Lalu masukkan tepung terigu sedikit2 sambil diaduk sampe rata..
  2. Mixer putih telur sampai berbusa, masukkan gula pasir bertahap, mixer sampai medium peak yah sekitar 10 menit..
  3. Masukkan adonan putel ke adonan kutel secara bertahap, aduk balik jangan sampai overmix..
  4. Terakhir masukkan oreo, aduk bentar smp tercampur rata..
  5. Tuang ke loyang, hentakkan 3 kali sebelum masuk oven..
  6. Oven sampai matang, aku pake otang api sedang 60-70 menit. Sesuaikan oven masing2 yah..
  7. Kl udah matang keluarkan dari oven terus langsung ditebalikkan yah. Tunggu smp dingin baru dikeluarin dr loyang terus dipotong2..
  8. Maapkan kulitnya sompel2 karena emg sefluffy ituuuu lembut banget paraaah.
