  10. Kudu ada bahan Bahan B.
  11. Kudu ada 7 bahan putih telur segar.
  12. Persiapkan 100 gram bahan gula pasir.

Chiffon Pandan Langkah Pembuatannya

  2. Masukin tepung2an.. sambil whisk sampe adonan licin.
  3. Diamkan.. kerjakan bahan B.
  4. Mixer putih telur sampe berbusa, lalu masuk gula pasir bertahap, sampe putih telur menjadi firm peak. Saya sukak bikin chiffon dgn taste yg masih agak2 lembab, jadi setiap x mixer putih telur selalu sampe firm peak, ga sampe stiff peak ya....
  5. Next.. campur kocokan putih telur ke adonan terigu tadi, masuk bertahap, aduk lipat.. lalu tuang ke loyang chiffon tanpa oles apapun.. bake 160dc, sebelum nya oven sudah dipanasin skitar 10an mnt....
  6. Bagi yg maw bikin slit, pas bake skitar 15 mnt(tergantung oven masing) atau saat liat kue sudah berkulit, kluarin dan slit lalu panggang lg hingga matang... saat chiffon uda mateng, kluarin dr oven dan lgsg tangkupkan, tunggu kue dingin baru kluarin dari loyang....
  7. Ini pas banget, aku juga sukak dgn tekstur bagian bawahnya...
