- Pisahkan terlebih dahulu kuning telur dan putih telor.
- Buat adonan kuning telor : panaskan susu cair, butter dan keju parut 50 gram hingga tercampur rata, matikan apinya....lalu kocok 4 kuning telur, campur dengan adonan susu cair yg dipanaskan td...setelah tercampur rata, masukkan gula, baking powder, garam dan tepung terigu...jgn lupa disaring ya...biar halus..aduk hingga tercampur rata.
- Adonan putih telur : mixer 4 putih telur dan cream tartar dan 100 gram gula halus hingga adonan putih dan kaku.
- Setelah itu adonan putih telur di masukkan sedikit demi sedikit ke dlm adonan kuning telor hingga tercampur rata menggunakan spatula....
- Siapkan loyang yg sdh di olesi dg margarin, dan oven yg sdh dipanaskan, klo saya pake suhu 150-160°C menyesuaikan dg oven masing2 ya, masukkan adonan ke dalam loyang sedikit2...masukkan potongan keju..masukkan adonan lagi...begitu seterusnya hingga adonan habis...tambahkan parutan keju diatasnya.
- Panggang menggunakan oven...hingga spt gambar ya...klo sdh begitu sdh matang..dan chiffon cheese cake siap dinikmati....hemmmm lembutnya..dan potongan keju nya terasa...selamat mencoba.
