Bahan-bahan Chiffon Cake Pandan
- Siapkan bahan Bahan A.
- Persiapkan 7 bahan kuning telur.
- Siapkan 120 ml bahan santan (100 ml santan kental + 20 ml sari pandan suji).
- Siapkan 80 ml bahan minyak sayur.
- Pastikan ada 140 gr bahan tepung terigu.
- Persiapkan bahan Bahan B.
- Persiapkan 7 butir bahan putih telur.
- Siapkan 140 gr bahan gula (blender halus).
- Pastikan ada 1 sdt bahan cream of tar tar.
- Kudu ada 1/2 sdt bahan garam.

- Kocok kuning telur dg whisk. Masukan santan dan minyak. Aduk rata. Lalu masukan tepung terigu, aduk menjadi pasta. Sisihkan..
- Kocok putih telur dg mixer speed rendah hingga berbusa. Tambahkan cream of tar tar dan garam. Naikkan speed masukan gula dlm 3 tahap. Kocok dg speed tinggi hingga adonan kaku (softpeak)..
- Panaskan oven di suhu 160°C..
- Campurkan 1/3 adonan putih telur ke adonan pasta. Aduk lipat hingga rata. Masukan lagi 1/3 bagian. Lakukan yg sama hingga adonan habis..
- Tuangkan adonan ke loyang tulban bopas tanpa oles apapun. Hentakkan bbrp kali lalu masukan ke dlm oven yg tlh panas..
- Panggang di suhu 160° C api atas bawah selama 60 menit. Saat lapisan atas kue mulai berkulit..iris dg pisau tajam (pd menit ke 10 sd 15) krn kue ini daya kembangnya sangat tingga spy retakannya rapi. (Boleh skip bagian ini).
- Setelah matang lsgs balikkan kue dg tancapkan ke botol kaca. Biarkan hingga dingin (bisa lbh dr 1 jam)..
- Setelahnya...sisi bagian tepi loyang dg pisau tajam. Lalu keluarkan kue. Sisir jga bagian bawah. Lepaskan kue dr alasnya. Sebaiknya potong dg pisau yg tajam atau pisau gerigi..
