  1. Bahan kulit, campur semua, adonan diaduk sampai rata, berbulir2, jgn diulen (nti banter spt karet) masukkan plastik kulkasin 20 menit.
  2. Gilas adonan dari kulkas tadi, permukaan kerja taburi tepung, harus tipis tp tdk terlalu tipis, potong2 bulat dgn cookie cutter mini.
  3. Masukkan loyang (muffin mini), panggang 15 menit api atas bawah 170 C. Tusuk2 dasar nya dgn garpu.
  4. Campur bahan isi, masak double boiler tehnik aduk terus, angkat dinginkan bentar masukkan putel aduk.
  5. Setelah agak kental, dinginkan kulkasin.
  6. Isi adonan isi ke pie crust, olesin kuning telur, oven 8-12 menit api atas saja, 210 C di rak paling atas..supaya dpt efek gosong atasnya..
