- Persiapkan bahan Bahan A.
- Kudu ada 500 gram bahan tepung segitiga biru.
- Pastikan ada 50 gram bahan coklat bubuk.
- Siapkan 50 gram bahan coklat batang.
- Kudu ada 300 gram bahan gula pasir.
- Kudu ada 5 butir bahan telur ayam.
- Persiapkan 2 sdt bahan baking powder.
- Kudu ada 1 sdt bahan vanili.
- Kudu ada 1 sdm bahan perisa vanilla.
- Persiapkan 70 gram bahan mentega.
- Kudu ada 1 sdt bahan garam.
- Siapkan bahan Bahan B (ButterCream).
- Siapkan 500 gram bahan mentega putih.
- Persiapkan 10 sdm bahan SKM Vanilla.
- Kudu ada sesuai selera bahan Pewarna makanan.

- Langkah pertama, kita bikin butter creamnya terlebih dahulu ya bunda.. Maaf ga sempet photo karna galery hp penuh.
- Masukan 500 gram mentega putih ke dalam wadah, mikser dgn kecepatan sedang sampai mentega bener"creamy.. kurleb 15 menit tergantung mikser masing" ya bunda.. setelah lembut lalu tuang 10 sdm SKM, boleh di mikser lagi kurleb 2 menit. Simpan dahulu ButterCream di dalam wadah kedap udara..
- Langkah kedua membuat base cake brownies.. pertama kita lelehkan dulu mentega dan coklat batangan, boleh di tim atau microwave ya bund, sisihkan agar dingin.. ayak terigu dn coklat bubuk, sisihkan.. lalu di wadah yg berbeda masukan telur ayam, gula, baking powder, perisai vanilla dan vanili, mikser dgn kecepatan tinggi kurleb 10 menit sampai putih berjejak...
- Sembari memanaskan oven, masukan terigu dn coklat bubuk yg sudah di ayah tadi sedikit demi sedikit, mikser kecepatan sedang saja hingga tercampur rata,.
- Tuang adonan ke dalam cetakan sesuai selera, saya pake ukuran 18cm, panggang dlm oven yg sudah di panaskan td dgn suhu 150•C selama 30 menit. test kematangan kue dgn cara d tusuk dgn lidi, apabila sudah tdk ada adonan yg menempel pd lidi, tandanya kue sudah matang..
- Keluarkan loyang dr dalam oven, dinginkan.. setelah dingin lalu hias deh dgn butter cream yg kita bikin di awal sesuai selera bunda.. tinggal di tambah apa yg di inginkan bunda yaa...
