- Masukkan cream cheese, yoghurt, gula, krim cair, dan butter. Aduk rata sampai tercampur kemudian panskan di api kecil hingga meletup sedikit. Matikan api dinginkan sebentar kemudian masukkan putih telur. Masak lagi hingga matang dan mengental dengan api kecil. Setelah matang simpan di kulkas agar teksturnya kental..
- Ambil bahan kulit tart dalam kulkas. Ambil sedikit adonan dan ratakan di cetakan muffin/pie/tart kemudian tusuk-tusuk dengan garpu agar uapnya keluar. Panaskan oven dengan suhu 200°c kemudian oven selama kurang lebih 15mnt (harus diperhatikan karena saya sedikit gosong karena ditinggal hehe).
