Bahan-bahan Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart
- Pastikan ada bahan Bahan kulit/crust.
- Siapkan 60 g bahan salted butter (dingin).
- Kudu ada 20 g bahan gula halus.
- Persiapkan 100 g bahan terigu protein rendah.
- Persiapkan 1 bahan kuning telur.
- Siapkan 1/4 sdt bahan garam.
- Siapkan 1/4 sdt bahan vanilla bubuk.
- Pastikan ada bahan Bahan custard.
- Siapkan 125 g bahan cream cheese.
- Pastikan ada 20 g bahan butter.
- Siapkan 20 ml bahan susu cair.
- Siapkan 60 g bahan plain yoghurt.
- Kudu ada 2 sdm bahan gula halus.
- Pastikan ada 1 sdm bahan air lemon (boleh skip).
- Kudu ada 1 butir bahan putih telur.
- Pastikan ada bahan Bahan olesan.
- Kudu ada 1 bahan kuning telur.

Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart Tahap Pembuatannya
- Campurkan butter dingin, terigu, dan gula halus hingga membentuk butiran. Kemudian masukkan kuning telur. Beri sedikit garam dan vanila. Aduk merata dengan spatula..
- Bentuk bulat adonan crust yg sudah tercampur rata. Masukkan ke kulkas minimal 30 menit hingga set..
- Masak bahan custard dengan api yg sangat kecil (kecuali putih telur). Aduk dengan merata menggunakan whisk. Jika seluruh bahan sudah mengental dan halus matikkan api. Kemudian campur dengan putih telur sambil diaduk dg whisk secara cepat. Masak lagi hingga mencapai kekentalan custard yg diinginkan..
- Bungkus custard dg plastik kemudian dinginkan dalam kulkas hingga set. (Minimal sejam)..
- Ambil adonan crust, kemudia pipihkan dan bentuk dalam cetakan cheese tart. Tusuk2 dengan garpu. (Kerja cepat agar adonan tidak meleleh krn butter rentan meleleh).
- Panggang pada suhu 180 C selama 20 menit (masing2 oven beda)..
- Angkat crust dan tunggu adem. Kemudian masukkan custard dingin ke dalam crust menggunakan piping bag..
- Olesi atasnya dengan kuning telur.
- Panggang di rak oven paling atas utk mendapatkan efek karamelisasi. Panggang di suhu 230 C selama 15 menit (masing2 oven beda).
