Bahan-bahan Hongkong Stlye Coconut Tart
- Siapkan bahan Crust:.
- Siapkan 100 gr bahan butter(me:triangle).
- Persiapkan 50 gr bahan margarin(me:blueband).
- Persiapkan 35 gr bahan gula halus.
- Siapkan 1 btr bahan telur.
- Persiapkan 260 gr bahan terigu.
- Kudu ada 1/2 sdt bahan vanili bubuk.

- Persiapkan 188 gr bahan kelapa parut kering.
- Pastikan ada 16 gr bahan terigu.
- Kudu ada 1 sdt bahan baking powder.
- Persiapkan 1/2 sdt bahan vanili bubuk.
- Persiapkan 50 bahan gt gula pasir.
- Kudu ada Sejumput bahan garam.
- Persiapkan 130 ml bahan santan instan(2 kotak segitiga).
- Persiapkan 2 btr bahan telur.
- Siapkan 50 gr bahan butter,lelehkan.

Hongkong Stlye Coconut Tart Langkah Pembuatannya
- Crust:Mix butter,margarin + gula halus.Lalu masukkan telur & terigu.Aduk menggunakan pisau pastry/garpu sampai adonan bisa dipulung.
- Ratakan adonan di loyang pie(tdk perlu ditusuk2 garpu).Aku pake loyang pie kotak diameter 20 cm & loyang pie bulat diameter 16 cm.
- Isi:Sangrai kelapa parut kering..
- Lalu campur semua bahan isi.Aduk rata.Ratakan ke atas kulit pie.Lalu panggang suhu 175° selama 30 menit sampai matang.
