- Oles loyang dng butter/mentega), bagi adonan jadi 6 cetak yg rapih.
- Spy ngga lengket, alasi plastik lalu stemper spy tipisnya rata👉 tusuk alasnya dng garpu.
- Tuang filling sampai 1/2 cm dr atas.Oven 160-170 °C selama 45 menit👉ses oven masing2..Buka tutup oven apabila terlihat permukaan filling mulai menggelembung👉sy suka yg masih lumer tengahnya. 👍olesi dng selai aprikot trus di torch sebentar.

Or better yet, just get the full sized tart.) -- I'm not sure if I got one from a bad batch but the mini matcha tart definitely didn't taste as good as their regular matcha tart. I've never been to Hokkaido or Japan myself. I would love to, one day. So obviously I'm not using Hokkaido's dairy products nor the original bakery's recipe. This is my take on the ohhh-so-famous-and-yummy Hokkaido cheese tarts.
