Bahan-bahan Marbel Cake Red Velvet
- Pastikan ada 180 gr bahan Mentega.
- Pastikan ada 150 gr bahan Tepung Terigu Protein Sedang.
- Pastikan ada 120 gr bahan Gula Pasir.
- Kudu ada 1 btr bahan telur.
- Persiapkan 35 ml bahan air (suhu normal).
- Pastikan ada 40 gr bahan susu bubuk vanilla.
- Pastikan ada 1/2 sdt bahan sp.
- Siapkan 1/2 sdt bahan baking powder.
- Siapkan 1 bks bahan vanili.
- Siapkan bahan Pewarna makanan.
So, to begin with, this red velvet cake is super yummy and also looks great. However, to make sure your cake looks gorgeous with those swirls you need to layer the batter in the right manner, thus, you do have to swirl the batter using a knife or skewer. - Siapkan semua bahan, lalu campurkan mentega dan gula pasir.
- Kocok mentega dan gula sampai mengembang dan berwarna putih lalu masukkan telur lalu kocok hingga tercampur rata.
- Kemudian masukkan susu bubuk, sambil tetap di mixer. Setelah itu, masukkan sp, baking powder dan vanili kocok leata dengan mixer.
- Lalu, tambahkan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit. Setelah tepung tercampur rata tambahkan air lalu kocok sebentar hingga rata dan adonan sudah siap di cetak.
- Ambil sekitar 3 sdm adonan untuk di beri warna, saya pake red velvet.
- Kemudian masukkan adonan ke dalam loyang. Layer 1 masukkan adonan putih lalu layer 2 masukkan adonan yg di beri pewarna dan layer 3 masukkan sisa adonan putih ke dalam loyang. Lalu sisa adonan yg diberi perwarna untuk jadi hiasan kalian bisa gambar secara abstrak menggunakan (lidi/tusuk gigi).
- Lalu panggang kue dalam oven, kalo pake oven listrik, tergantung daya listrik dirumah masing-masing yah. Saya panggang selama 30menit dengan api atas bawah dan suhu 250.
- Lalu setelah oven mato, cek kue yg di panggang dan angkat jika sudah matang. Cek menggunakan lidi jika sudah matang maka tidak ada adonan yg menempel pada lidi.
