- Pastikan ada 170 gr bahan butter (dicairkan, diamkan sampai suhu ruangan).
- Siapkan 150 gr bahan brown sugar.

Cookies soft chewy Tahap Pembuatannya
- Mixer bahan 1 sampai tercampur rata(kira2 2-3mnt) (kecepatan medium), lalu masukkan bahan 2, aduk sbntr hanya sampai tercampur rata (kecepatan plg kecil). Matikan mixer.
- Masukkan bahan 3, aduk dgn spatula sampai tercampur rata, pada tahan ini saya memasukkan chocochip juga, setelah itu bungkus adonan dgn cling wrap, masukkan ke dlm kulkas, dinginkan minimal 2 jam (saya selalu bikin adonan malam, utuk dipanggan besok siangnya).
- Keluarkan adonan, biarkan ttp dibungkus cling wrap, sampai adonan menjadi suhu ruangan. Sementara itu siapkan toping yg akan dipakai percookies di wadah yg flat, dan letakkan topping minimal 2 jam di dlm freezer (bisa utk toping, atau isian di dlm cookies, spy pas dimakan ada sensasi meltingnya).
- Setelah adonan menjadi suhu ruangan, panaskan oven 180° (penting oven hrs sudah panas agar cookies matang merata).
- Sendokkan adonan sesuai besar kecil yg diinginkan (saya biasa 1,5sdm). Buat bentuk mangkok, masukkan dgn isian (kalau mau melting), atau lgs bulatkan, taro toping diatasnya, panggang selama 7mnt (jgn overcook), diliat saja kalau bag pinggir adonan sudah mulai sedikit keras.
- Saat dikeluarkan cookie akan terlihat msh soft, biarkan saja krn dlm bbrp menit akan mengeras dengan sendirinya.
