- Kocok Margarin + butter+keju edam,keju cheedar,bawang putih bubuk,kocok hingga tercampur saja,ga usah smp putih pucat.
- Masukan terigu sambil di ayak,aduk dengan spatula sampai rata,susun di loyang yg sudah di olesi mentega/margarin.
- Gilas adonan,lalu bentuk dengan cetakan (ketebalan sesuai selera).
- Lalu oles dengan bahan olesan,lalu taburi keju & parley.
- Panggang dalam oven suhu 140° api,(me oven listrik : 15 menit api bawah,lalu 10 menit api atas,panggang smp matang(oven tangkring : bisa tutup atas oven,dgn api sedang jgn terlalu besar,panggang smp matang).
